Your gateway to professional training and mentoring with proven industry experts in nature-based and animal-assisted therapies.
Our aim is to equip emerging and experienced mental health professionals who align with the principles of an Ecotherapy approach to incorporate animals and nature effectively, confidently and ethically into their practice.
Our team are all experienced practitioners who are highly regarded in their respective fields in psychology, social work, counselling and other mental health disciplines.
If you’re developing your practice in outdoor therapy or considering expanding beyond the clinic walls – we would love to be part of your journey. We specialise in a variety of diverse practice areas across the lifespan, disciplines and mental health presentations.
Abundant research in the past 2 decades confirms what we know intuitively and First Nations have practiced for tens of thousands of years. When we work alongside the natural world, we invite an array of physical, mental and emotional health benefits. In nature, we are offered a rich context from which to embed and enhance our evidence-based therapeutic models of care.
We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the lands; they are the first nations of the earth, waterways and skies where we live, work, play and learn.
We also recognise and celebrate the continuing wisdom and insight of Indigenous health practice and humbly hold the deepest respect for their harmonious relationship with the natural world.
